BONUSES

InversionCentral may choose to grant bonuses to the Client by depositing them into the Client’s trading account, subject to those terms and conditions that InversionCentral determines at its sole discretion. The amounts of such bonuses cannot be withdrawn by the Client unless they meet the corresponding operational requirements published on the InversionCentral website, which may be periodically modified.

If InversionCentral suspects or has reason to believe that the Client has attempted to engage in any fraudulent activity in order to claim a bonus or to benefit from any other promotion, InversionCentral reserves the right to:

(i) Cancel or reject the bonus promotion, or any other related bonus, at its absolute discretion.

(ii) Suspend the Client’s access to the services provided by InversionCentral and/or terminate the contract between InversionCentral and the Client for the provision of services.

If InversionCentral suspects or has reason to believe that the Client has abused the terms and conditions of a bonus offer by hedging positions internally (using other investment accounts held with InversionCentral) or externally, InversionCentral reserves the right to cancel the bonuses and any transactions or benefits associated with the Client’s account(s).

Bonus promotions may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

InversionCentral reserves the right to cancel or reject bonus promotions, at its absolute discretion.
